In this workshop, you will be guided to:

Connect with Your Personal Energy Field

Learn how to feel and work with your energy body. Discover what it means to have energetic sovereignty—and how to maintain clarity and strength in your own space.

Practice Cord Cutting, Clearing & Closing

Through guided meditation and embodied energy work, you’ll experience:

Cord Cutting – Release lingering attachments to past relationships and free up your personal energy.

Clearing – Heal emotional entanglements and restore balance in ongoing relationships.

Closing – Learn how to temporarily “close the door” on close relational dynamics (family, best friends, etc.) to reset and realign your energy.

This immersive session offers a deep dive into energetic hygiene and relational healing—so you can walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered to navigate your inner and outer worlds.

Meet your host, Suzanne Holmes—

Suzanne Holmes, of Healing Home Reiki, is an energy work practitioner & Reiki master in Usui and Angelic Reiki. She has trained as an Advanced Chakra Energetics Practitioner, which is where she trained in the topic of this event. Her passion is guiding body-based mindfulness practices to lead you back home to yourself. She facilitates experiences, one-on-one and in community, for you to find your own inner sanctuary and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.

Studying meditation and energy work to find her own healing journey through debilitating chronic pain, Suzanne came to learn and experience that we are all beautiful energy beings with expansive potential and deep inner knowing. It is her greatest joy to help anyone release what is holding them back and tap into their great potential for healing, growth and vibrant wellness.
