Meet your host, Suzanne Holmes—
Suzanne Holmes, of Healing Home Reiki, is an energy work practitioner & Reiki master. Her passion is guiding body-based mindfulness practices to lead you back home to yourself. She facilitates experiences, one-on-one and in community, for you to find your own inner sanctuary, strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection, and unlock your capacity to trust your instincts and follow your dreams.
Studying meditation and energy work to find her own healing journey through debilitating chronic pain, Suzanne came to learn and experience that we are all beautiful energy beings with expansive potential and deep inner knowing. It is her greatest joy to help anyone release what is holding them back and tap into their great potential for healing, growth and vibrant wellness
