Reiki means Rei : Universal and Ki: Energy.
We all use energy in our daily lives, and you dont need a Reiki Attunement to work with it or help yourself and others.
Then why go through the Reiki Attunement?
I tell my students, the reiki attunement doesn’t make you a “healer”. It is not for others, but for you benefit. My experience is that it will adjust the energy in your chakras, allowing a stronger flow, cleansing your physical and emotional body, and triggering a harmonious process of awareness inside of you.
These energy changes inside of you, affect the way you feel and think, beginning deep inner changes, that of course, once established in you, reflect around you.
I usually recommend this, when people are looking to feel unstuck, and a shift in their life. The energy will aid in the connection of your higher self, allowing you to feel more comfortable and empowered.
By default once the energy grows and flows more freely inside you, working energy becomes easier and sometimes stronger. This is why we begin to feel called to help our fellow beings. The increase in flow in the chakras, might sometimes also spark new gifts and talents, that had been there all along, waiting for the changes to uncover them.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the basics of Reiki, including the principles of energy work, foundational techniques, and your first attunement. We focus on practical skills you can use right away—whether for your own self-care or to support friends and family. This is more than just learning reiki, its a formation into the energy workings of the body, how it affects us emotionally, physically and gaining the tools necessary for receiving the information that will aid you in your work.
